So this morning, I went to pick Emily up for school and ...well, this happened. We rounded the corner going the speed limit, but right as we reached the bridge there was a patch of ice under the snow and it made the car swerve. There wasn't any time to correct it, and we high centered on the cement wall with one tire on the bridge and one hanging over the side. We skid along like that for a second, and then the car fell over the edge onto it's side. Luckily the back window was open, so we climbed out the back. Neither of us were hurt, which I am really grateful for.
A couple months ago my car got stolen, they robbed a gas station in it, and then ran it into a cement wall. Then, a couple weeks ago, Emily was driving down the canyon with some people and slid, rolled two times, and landed in a river. On Friday, we had just been talking about what bad luck we have when it comes to cars. This official confirmed that. Long live Bessie the Blue Expedition.
